Yiming Zhang (张一鸣)

I am a second-year third-year Ph.D. student in the Joint Programme between the Institute of Intelligent Machines, Hefei Institute of Physical Science, CAS, and the USTC. I am fortunate to be advised by Prof. Yining Sun and Prof. Zenghui Ding. Prior to this, I received my M.Sc. in Data Science and Analytics from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

My research interests center on the trustworthy deployment of agents built upon large foundation models (e.g., LLMs, LVLMs). Currently, my work focuses on efficient multimodal fusion (e.g., image-text, video-text), with the goal of improving fairness, mitigating hallucinations, and strengthening reasoning capabilities.
